Signing in to the Control Panel

This section explains how to log in to the Servermall Cloud Control Panel if you are not using two-factor authentication (2FA).

Prerequisites

You must have a registered Servermall Cloud account. For information on how to register, refer to the guide “Creating an Account”.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) must be disabled for your account.
If 2FA is enabled, follow the instructions in “2FA Signing in to the Control Panel”.

Instructions

Go to the website cloud.servermall.com.
Open the login form by clicking “Sign in/up” located in the upper-right corner of the page.

The “Sign in/up” window will appear.

There are two ways to sign in — either using a Google account or by entering your email and password:

Signing in with a Google Account
1. Log in to the Google account you intend to use for authentication if you haven’t already done so.
2. Click the “G” button.
  
  The Google account selection window will open.
3. Select from the list the Google account that is linked to your Servermall Cloud account.
  
  You will be logged into the Servermall Cloud account associated with the selected Google account.
Signing in with Email and Password
1. Enter your email address in the “E-mail” field.
2. Enter your password in the “Password” field.
  You can show or hide the entered characters by clicking the eye icon located to the right of the password field.
3. Check the box “By signing up or signing in you agree to the Privacy Policy”, confirming that you agree with the Servermall Cloud Privacy Policy.
  You can read the document by clicking the “privacy policy” link.
  Accepting the Privacy Policy is a mandatory requirement for using Servermall Cloud services.
4. Click “Sign in”.
  
  You will be logged into your Servermall Cloud account.

Click your username in the upper-right corner of the page (displayed as “User” if your personal details have not yet been filled in).

A menu with available account actions will appear.

Select the “Control Panel“ option from the drop-down menu.

You will be redirected to the Servermall Cloud Control Panel.
