This guide explains how to create a Servermall Cloud account using an email address and password, as well as how to register using a Google account. In addition to creating an account, to place orders with us you must verify your email address and phone number, and provide the minimum information required by law to identify you or the organisation you represent. This information is required for invoicing and receiving payments.

Prerequisites

  1. You must have a valid email address and phone number that you can access.
  2. You must be over 18 years of age.
  3. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you must be authorised to represent it.
  4. If you want to use a Google account for authentication, you must already have one.

Instructions

I. Creating a Servermall Cloud account via a Google account

One possible registration option is to create an account using Google as a third‑party authentication provider.

To register via Google, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to the Google account you plan to use for authentication, if you have not already.
  2. Go to cloud.servermall.com.
  3. Click the “Sign in/up” button located in the top right corner of the Servermall Cloud home page.

The “Sign In/up” window will open.
  4. Click the “G” button.

A Google account selection window will open.
  5. Review the documents: “Privacy Policy”, “Terms of Service” (Customer Agreement), and any appendices referenced in these documents. To open a document, click its title.

Important: If you disagree with any of the terms set out in the documents above, stop the registration process and leave the site.
  1. Choose from the list the Google account you want to use to create your Servermall Cloud account.

After choosing the Google account, a linking confirmation window will open.
  2. Click “Confirm” to confirm that you want to link the Google account to your Servermall Cloud account.

The Google account will be linked to the Servermall Cloud account being created. The credentials for email and password login will then be displayed.
  3. Reveal the password by clicking the eye icon.
  4. Save the values of the “E‑mail” and “Password” fields in a safe place. You can use them to access your Servermall Cloud account if you lose access to your Google account or decide to unlink it from your Servermall Cloud account.

You cannot change your password in this window. You can do this later in the “Change password” section of your account menu.
  5. Click “Save & Continue”.

The Servermall Cloud account will be created and linked to your Google account. Next you need to complete the account information — see section III below.

II. Creating an account using an email address and password

You can register a Servermall Cloud account using an email address and password.

To register, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to cloud.servermall.com.
  2. Click the “Sign in/up” button located in the top right corner of the Servermall Cloud home page.

The “Sign In/up” window will open.
  1. Review the Servermall Cloud Privacy Policy by clicking the “Privacy Policy” link to open the document.

Important: If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions set forth in Servermall Cloud’s privacy policy, please discontinue the registration process and leave the website.
  2. Tick the checkbox “By signing up or signing in you agree to the Privacy Policy” if you have read the documents and agree to their terms.

  3. Enter your email address in the “E‑mail” field.
  4. Create a password and enter it in the “Password” field. The password must:
  • Contain at least 8 characters (12 or more is recommended).
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters.
  • Contain digits.

It is not recommended to use a password that you use for other online services.

To show or hide the characters of the entered password, click the eye icon to the right of the “Password” field.

  1. Click “Sign Up”.

After the Servermall Cloud account is created, you will need to complete the account details — see section III.

III. Filling in account information

This section explains how to provide the minimum set of data required to order Servermall Cloud services, and the procedure for verifying the linked mobile phone number.

Complete the account information by following these steps:

  1. Click the “User” button in the top right corner of the site.
A menu of available account operations will open.
  2. Click “Control Panel” in the drop‑down menu.

You will be taken to the account details page.

  3. Choose an “Account Type” from the list:
  • “Individual Account” — if you plan to use Servermall Cloud services for personal purposes.
  • “Business Account” — if you represent an organisation.

  1. Enter the account holder’s first name and surname in the “First Name” and “Last Name” fields. Always enter the real name — the use of pseudonyms, fictitious names or nicknames is not allowed.
  2. Enter the account holder’s phone number by selecting the country code from the list and filling the remaining part of the number in the “Phone Number” field.
  1. If you selected the “Business Account” type, fill the “Company Name” and “VAT Number” fields with the details of the company you represent.
  2. Enter the address:
    • If you represent a company — enter its registered address.
    • If the account is for personal use — enter your home address.

To do this, fill the “Address 1”, “City”, and “Zip Code” fields and select appropriate values in the “Country” and “State/Region” lists.

  1. Click “Save Changes”.

The entered data will be saved, after which you will be redirected to the phone number verification page — see section IV.

IV. Phone number verification

Another mandatory step for registering an account is verifying the mobile phone number.

  1. Click “Start Verification”.

An SMS message with a verification code will be sent to the specified number, and you will be taken to the code entry page.
  2. Enter the six‑digit verification code received by SMS.
  3. Click “Confirm”.

If verification is successful, the message “Verification Successful” will be displayed.

Next, to order Servermall Cloud services and products, you must confirm the email address linked to the account. How to do this is described in Part V of this guide.

If the verification code is entered incorrectly:

If a code input error occurs, you will be redirected to the “Incorrect Code!” page. On this page, re‑enter the verification code, ensure it is correct, and click “Confirm”.

If you have made sure that the verification code is correct but verification still fails, create a support ticket by clicking “Submit Ticket” and describe the problem.

If the SMS with the verification code does not arrive within 10 minutes:

If you did not receive the SMS message with the verification code within 5–10 minutes, make sure that:

  • Your phone has access to the mobile network and can receive SMS messages.
  • The phone number is correct.

You can check the mobile phone number in the top right corner of the “Verification Initiated” window. If the number is incorrect, click “Go Back”.

You will be redirected to the “Begin Verification” window, where you should click “Here” to correct the mobile phone number.

In the “Update Your Number” window, select the country code, enter the remaining digits of the mobile phone number, and click “Update Number” to save the changes.

After you have saved the changes to the number, you will be redirected to the “Begin Verification” window, where you can start verification of the number. Repeat the verification starting from step 1.

If you have exceeded the allowed number of verification attempts:

If you are on the “Too many attempts!” page, this means that you have exhausted the verification attempt limit.

In this case, please contact our support service for further instructions by clicking “Submit Ticket”.

V. Email verification

Verifying the email address linked to the account is mandatory when creating an account. Below is how to complete verification step by step.

  1. Sign in to the mailbox specified when registering the Servermall Cloud account.
  2. Find and open the email with the subject “Email Address Verification” from SMCloud <[email protected].
  3. In the email, click the link to verify the email address. If, for any reason, the hyperlink does not work, copy the link from the email, paste it into your browser’s address bar, and open it.

Upon successful email verification you will be redirected to the Servermall Cloud control panel, where the message “Your email address has been verified” will appear.

If the message “Your email verification has expired” is displayed:

This means that you did not verify the email address within 60 minutes of receiving the email.

In this case, click “Resend Verification Email” in the Servermall Cloud control panel.

A repeated verification email will be sent to the email address specified during registration..

If the message “Sorry, we couldn’t find a pending verification matching your request.” is displayed:

This indicates that there is an error in the link text.

This can happen, for example, if the integrity of the link was compromised during copying. Make sure that you copied the link in full. If you followed it directly from the email or ensured that the link was not damaged when copying, please contact our support service by creating a ticket.
