Here we describe the user profile menu, in particular how to access it and which actions are available to the user in each item.

Prerequisites

To access the user profile menu features, you need to:

You must have a registered Servermall Cloud account with the account owner’s mobile phone number and email address verified. For more about registration, see the guide: “Creating an Account”.
You must sign in to the Servermall Cloud Control Panel. For details about signing in, see the guides:
- “Signing in to the Control Panel” — if two-factor authentication (2FA) is switched off.
- “Signing in to the Control Panel Using 2FA” — if 2FA is switched on.

How to open the user profile menu

Click the avatar or the profile name (“user” if the profile is not filled in) in the top right corner of the Servermall Cloud Control Panel.

An account drop-down menu will open.

User Profile Menu Items:
