The “Your Profile” section is designed to manage a user’s profile (a specific person) or, in other words, the user’s personal account. In “Your Profile“, you can change the user’s first and last name, as well as the sign-in email address. How to do this is described below. These changes affect only the user’s authentication and identification and do not affect billing details, invoice addresses, or notification delivery.
A user can have access to one or more customer billing accounts (individuals or companies) where services and documents are issued. Changes to the first name and email address in “Your Profile” will be reflected across all such accounts linked to the user.
Change the user’s first or last name
To change “First Name” and “Last Name“, complete the following steps:
- Make changes in the “First Name” and “Last Name” fields.
- Click “Save Changes“.
Changes to the user’s first and last name will be saved in the user profile.
Change the user’s email address
You can change the email address; however, you will need to complete verification. Follow these steps:
- Enter the new user’s email address. If the option to change the email address is not available, contact Servermall Cloud Support to request the change.
- Click “Save Changes“.
Еhe email status will switch to “Email Not Verified“, and a verification message will be sent to the specified address. - Complete the verification of the new email address according to the “Email verification” guide.
