This menu item allows you to specify or update information about yourself and the company you represent, configure email notifications, or disable them completely.

The information in the “Account Details” section must be accurate. If we become aware of, or have reasonable grounds to suspect, that the information in this section is inaccurate, we may suspend the provision of services and products associated with this account.

Account Type

Here you can select your account type:

  • “Individual Account” – for personal use.
  • “Business Account” – for corporate use.

Personal Information

In this section, you can enter or update the user details of the account owner that are required to provide services and communicate with you.

Billing Address

The “Billing Address” section specifies the payer’s address – either a company or an individual. For business accounts, you are also required to provide the company name and VAT number.

Email Preferences

In this section, you can choose the categories of notifications sent to the email address associated with your Servermall Cloud account, services, and products. It is not recommended to completely disable notifications, as this may lead to missing important messages or events that could affect your services and account operation.

Join Our Mailing List

In this section, you can subscribe to or unsubscribe from the Servermall Cloud mailing list. The mailing list includes news, information about new features and products, and details about special offers.

Saving and Cancelling Changes

To save all the changes you have made in any section, click “Save Changes“.
To cancel all the unsaved modifications and revert to the previous settings, click “Cancel Changes“.
